This report is intended to provide you with information concerning the status of the site as it relates to compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973. Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions needed or comments which will assist you in meeting the required performance standards of the Act. Comments: This project has been terminated along with Meckl-2018-051 that exists within the same disturbed limits. Site never achieved permanent stabilization but was within the boundaries of new airport project Ivleckl-2021-028. Please reference letter within the file. This project will now be closed and permit released under the guarantee that the new permit holder and financial responsible party for Meckl-2021-028 install all required erosion control devices as shown in the newly approved plans and permanently stabilize the site upon completion of construction activities. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities should be requested by the permittee via Notice of Termination unless permit approval date was prior to April 2019.
