REVISED REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Thompson:
On March 2, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated January 8, 2007
(with additional information received from you on March 5, 2007 and June 1, 2007), to fill or otherwise
impact 0.2 acres of 404/wetland, 100 linear feet of perennial stream and 3,150 square feet of Zone 1
Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers and 2,000 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin protected
riparian buffers to construct the proposed business park. The DWQ has determined that your application
was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require
additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on
the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional-information requested
below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and
will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide
the following information so that we may continue to review your project. This one replaces the request
for more information because of having the wrong DWQ # listed.
Additional Information Requested:
Plan Details
1. Please provide cross section details showing the provisions for aquatic life passage.
2. Please indicate all stormwater inlets and outfalls on the site plan.
3. Please provide an inventory of proposed project imperviousness area based on the estimated
built-out conditions. Please include all proposed building footprints, roads, driveways, sidewalks,
gravel-surfaced areas, amenity areas, etc.
4: Please provide building envelopes for all lots with wetlands, streams or buffers n the site plans.
5. Please indicate all stream impacts including all fill slopes, dissipaters, and bank stabilization on
the site plan.
6. Please indicate all wetland impacts including fill slopes on the site plan.
7. Please clearly locate all isolated or non-isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State
as overlays n the site plan.

8. Please locate all of the protected riparian buffers as overlays on the site plan, clearly showing
Zone 1 and Zone
Stormwater Details
1. Please indicate the diffuse flow provision measures on the site plan and submit diffuse flow
provision measure worksheets and signed and a notarized Operations and Maintenance
.Agreement.
Please contact the DWQ within three weeks of the date of this letter to verify that you have received this
letter and to provide us with a date that we may expect to receive this requested information. If we do not
receive this requested information within one week of the date you indicate it will be forthcoming, your
project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee. Please
contact me in writing and Mike Horan of the DWQ Raleigh Regional Office. If we do not hear from you
within three weeks, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider
the project as withdrawn.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that arty impacts requested within your application are not
authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Ms. Cyndi Karoly or Mr. Ian McMillan at 919-733-
