Dear Morelia Sanchez -King:
This letter is in response to a notice of violation received May 26, 2021. The violation was due
to a total phosphorus of 3.6S mg/L which exceeded the monthly average of 3 mg/L in March
2021.
Remedial actions were taken which include reducing the level of dissolved oxygen in the pre -
and post -anoxic zones. In addition, recirculation rates were adjusted to correct the problem
and prevent future occurrences.
