4. This permit shall not be transferable. In the event there is a desire for the wastew-ater coile on

5. Construction of the gravity sewers, pump stations, and force mains shall be sc±teculed so as nct to
interrupt service by the existing utilities nor result in an overflow or bypass discroe of wastewater
to the surface waters of the State.
6. Upon completion of construction and prior to operation of these permitted faciities. a csrfr tior. a
copy of the construction record drawings, as well as supporting cesiQn :aid: at ons for any pump
stations permitted as part of this project shall be receiver from a North Carolina-l"tcr c
Professional Engineer certifying that the facilities have been installed in acrdanm with this
permit; 15A NCAC 2H .0200; the Division's Gravity Sewer Design Criteria adopted Februanf 12
1996 as applicable; the Division's Minimum Design Criteria far the Fast- i race Permitting of Pump
Station and Force Main adopted June 1, 2000 as applicable; and other supocrdng materials` if r i

Sewer Flow Acceptance
Dear Mr. Young:
It is my understanding that your Piedmont Design Associates, P.A. is
submitting a permit application for the sewer collection system for Harmony
Elementary School. The Town of Harmony will accept the estimated 7,200
gallons per day from Harmony Elementary School to be discharged into the
Town's proposed collection system (WQ0020841) and treated at the proposed
Harmony Constructed Wetlands Wastewater Treatment Facility (NC0087033).
This facility discharges the treated flow to Dutchman's Creek. The acceptance
of flow from Harmony Elementary School is, of course, contingent on the
construction and operation of the Town of Harmony sewer collection system and
wastewater treatment facility.
