Hello Suzanne,
I am working on setting up my client, Fed Ex Freight, Inc. in the Stormwater eDMR system. I am completing Step 1: Verify
Database Information and have come across a couple of items that are missing/corrections needed:
• For the NPDES Stormwater Permit Summary for NCG080970 and NCG080979 there is some Owner Contact/
Permit Contact Information missing. For both is should list the following:
o Address — 2200 Forward Drive, DC:2219, Harrison AR 72601
o Phone — 970-365-4087
o Fax — 901-492-2384
o Email — [e-mail]
• Missing the eDMR Owner Verification Report for NCG080970 and NCG080979
• There was an eDMR Owner Verification Report for NCG080635 but this permit was terminated.
