Good afternoon. Attached is a request to amend Martin Marietta's 401 WQC for the Rocky Point Quarry to discontinue
hydrologic monitoring eastward of the reclaimed portion of the mine. Monitoring per the Alternative Modified Pumping
Plan will continue for the southern portion of the site as we discussed during our onsite field meeting held on January
29, 2013.
I will send a hard copy of the request, and attached figure as well.
