Dear Mark;
On May 3`d 2007 my survey field crew visited the above mentioned property. We measured the
distance from the top bank of the small creek in your backyard to your deck and found the left
rear corner to be +/- 1.4' into Zone 2 of the Neuse River Buffer as described by NCDWQ.
