Randall Kiser contacted Roberto Sheller on May 3rd at 1425 to inform him of the fluoride weekly average exceedance of
1.9 mg/I vs permit limit of 1.8 mg/I. Two samples were collected during the period with results of 2.1 mg/I and 1/7 mg/I.
We also discussed the tier two benchmark exceedance at outfall 022 and the plan to collect the semi annual samples
monthly until the we pass three consecutive monthly test.
