The flows from this project WIII be treated at the Eagle Road WWTP. The plans indicate the total projected flow for the Project of 285 gallons per day. The contract has a maximum daily flow limit of 280,000 gallons per day. The average daily flow for the past 12 months is 72,603 gallons per day. There is capacity available within the limits of the contract for the additional flow from this development. There is also additional capacity available at the Eagle Road \\TWTP for the projected flows from this project. The flows from the City of Belmont Metering Point are treated at the Two Rivers Utilities Eagle Road WWTP, NPDES Permit Number --- NC0006033. Two Rivers Utilities will not own or .maintain any portions of the proposed project's sewer collection system. The commitment to serve is contingent upon the project complying with all local and state regulations and the customer being on line within twelve. (12) months from the date of this letter.
