While no upfront engineering design documents are required for submittal, in accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0305(b), design documents must be prepared prior to submittal of a fast track permit application to the Division. This would include plans, design calculations, and project specifications referenced in 15A N 'AC 027 .0305 and the applicable minimum design criteria. These documents shall be available upon request by ilia Division. Projects that are deemed permitted (do not require a permit from tite Division) are explained in) 5A NCAC 02T,0303.
