Bev and Laurie,
I have corrected a few mistakes on our end that will require a little help from you and I apologize up front for the
inconvenience. After reviewing the BIMS project pull, I noticed that Roberto and I had the same project name with
difference numbers. Well after a little research, I think that Della, who was filling in for Karen, entered the CAMA
project into BIMS instead of sending them to CO. Here is a list of project that was been deleted or issued under a
different project number.

Please do not indiscriminately delete projects from BIMs! I don't care what it was issued under. There may have been
$$ involved. It could easily have been connected by Bev in Laserfiche to any other project.

Just wanted to let you know that this project was already issued under project 2013 -0242. 1 went ahead and deleted the
number from RIMS. It may also need to be deleted from Laserfiche.
