The project is Phase II of the existing Surf City Crossing Apartments,
which is located on the west side of Alston Blvd and behind the Surf
City Harris Teeter. The plan calls to impact 0.20-acre of wetlands for
the purpose of constructing one of the six proposed buildings (see
attached plan).
