Construct an east bound left turn lane on NC 42 at the SR 2727
(Sauls Road) intersection. The project will require permanent wetland
impacts (0.20 ac), permanent stream impacts (211 linear feet) and
riparian buffer impacts. An existing three barrel culvert and 72 inch
pipe will be extended. Permit drawings are currently in final review.
