The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until the following items are addressed: 1. Please answer application questions #9 and #10 pertaining to the total amount of disturbance associated with the project [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1)]. The application currently indicates 1 square foot of stabilization above and below the normal pool lake lave)/normal water level, which contradicts photos within the application. Specifically indicate: a. Total amount of disturbance below the normal pool lake level/normal water level. b. Total amount of disturbance above the normal pool lake level/normal water level and 50 feet land -ward. 2. Please provide a diagram and cross-section details for proposed stabilization work per Form SSGP 09-2020 [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)] [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]. A link to the cross-section template is provided within the online version of Form SSGP 09-2020 and is included within the attached help form document on pages 4-6. 3. Please provide photos representing the current conditions of the shoreline [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)] [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]. The extent of erosion at the site is unable to be determined due to the quality and text overlay on the photos provided with the application. The photo appears to be taken from the landward side of the project and does not show shoreline erosion. 4. Please provide Mr. Logan's mailing address. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(2)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application.
