Proposed project is to install a bulkhead measuring approximately
110 linear feet within the bounds of the property limits to protect a
residential property from further erosion. Property is located on the
Tar River in Pitt County and has suffered severe erosion over the
past couple of years due to high water events including flooding from
Hurricane Florence in 2018.
