I had meant to copy you on our response to Emily's RFAI but apparently forgot. Below is the e-mail outlining
the narrative information she requested, it is also in the body of the attached Supplemental Narrative (rev 4 -15-
13 ). Additionally, Emily had requested individual plan sheets for each impact (A -F) which are also attached for
your review.

Good afternoon.
Attached are the individual plan sheets for each impact and the revised Supplemental Narrative in Word format.
2. Garlington Heights at West Bay Estates: 73 lots
3. Glen Ridge at West Bay Estates: 68
4. Holly Field at West Bay Estates: 180
5. Chesney Place at West Bay Estates: 42
6. Copperfield Extension at West Bay Estates: 38
The easement for the proposed Military Cutoff Extension borders the Project Area along its
northwestern edge.
2) Project Description - include number and average size of lots
There are 141 lots proposed, with an average size of 0.20 -ac.
3) Please include individual plan sheets for the six proposed impact areas (A - F)
• Please see attached Wetland Impact Sheets 1 -6.
4) Mention of endangered species or cultural resources onsite and in the vicinity? EFH?
• According to the NC Natural heritage Program Element Occurrence (EO) data, there are no element
occurrences within the Project Area. The closest EO is approximately 4000 feet from the Project Area.
According to the State historic Preservation Office HPOWEB GIS Service, there are no listed sites
within the Project Area, or in the direct vicinity. According to the NOAA Essential Fish Habitat (EFH)
Mapper, there is no EFH within the Project Limits. The closest EFH is within Howe and Pages Creek to
the east.
David Scibetta will be putting a summary of the mitigation site together within the week for your review.
5) Compensatory mitigation - please provide a status report (with map /photo documentation) of the
existing 2.77 ac of restoration. This is not required for the PN to be issued, but I will need it to evaluate
for mitigation needs.
