For your review we have enclosed five copies of the PCN Application Form, Attachment A- Additional Information, Stream and Buffer Impacted Areas Drawing, USGS Quadrangle Map, stabilization detail, and site photographs of the existing conditions. We have also included with this PCN application the $240 permitting fee. The project titled "King Richard Road Bank Stabilization" comprises of stabilizing a stream bank in the vicinity of a sanitary sewer line and manholes whose integrity has become threatened due to stream bank erosion. Construction activities will take place in a sanitary sewer easement and right of way that has not been maintained in the past io years. The construction described in this permit application will result in approximately 1,200 square feet of Zone 1 buffer impact and 800 square feet of Zone 2 buffer disturbance. In addition to submission to NC DWQ, we are transmitting this PCN electronically to David Shaeffer at the Army Corps of Engineers. Please call with any questions regarding this permit application.
