To whom it may concern;
In reference to the NOV noted above for Atlantic Station on exceedence of ammonia
nitrogen monthly limit in the month of March 2021, it was commented on the report of the
exceedence. Blower 42 tripped on the day of sampling as indicated on the NDMR report for
March 2021. The ammonia nitrogen sampled in April 2021 was 0.17 mg/l and in compliance.
Owner of the Plant is aware of the deficiencies of the plant and is in the process and
hopes of selling this plant.
Pertaining to the Atlantic Station WWTP, we would like to state the condition of this
plant makes it near impossible for the operatior to maintain parameters set for the facility in
the Permit Requirements on daily and monthly limits.

fails to act in accordance with the terms, conditions, or requirements of any permit issued pursuant to G.S.
143-215.1.
