Inspection Summary:
As per a recission request, this site was inspected for compliance on May 19, 2021. At the time of inspection, it was
observed that Hydro Conduit Corporation is no longer the owner or operator of this facility. This facility is currently owned anc
operated by Hazmat Emergency Response and Remediation, Inc. (HERR). An on -site worker stated that this facility
receives and remediates bulk petroleum products, utilizing a mixing process that includes soil and saw dust. The mixed
product is then shipped to a designated landfill. The discharges from this facility do not appear to be categorically captured
by the federal NPDES Program. Thus, the on -site activities would no longer necessitate stormwater coverage.
