Jones, widow, via instrument recorded in Book 216, Page 307, Hoke County Registry. Mary P. Jones died testate on April 29, 2006, Hoke County estate file 06 E 97, devising all her property to Dale L. Jones and Barbara J. Richardson. Dale L. Jones predeceased Mary P. Jones, Mecklenburg County estate file 06 E 1239, devising all his real property to Joyce Matthews Raidle and Judith Matthew Jones, as trustees of trust executed September 8, 1999. A copy of the Last Will and Testament of Dale Leroy Jones was filed in Hoke County, estate file 12 E 145.
