Steve Jarman (ORC) and Gray Walls called today to report the facility
had failed toxicity for the month of July. The laboratory told them the
failure was due to low pH. Their pH has been running around 6.0. They
are trying to located where the low pH's are coming from. They are
feeding caustic and have been for a while. They were feeding last week
when I was there for an inspection. They will complete the series of
testing in August and September.
