by the Division on February 23, 2009. The PAR submittal was determined to be adequate and satisfied
the requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908 (b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina
Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR is due by March 1, 2010.
