Hill 9191489-4789 Durham 919/489-2803 Fax A State Employees' Credit Union is proposed at the northwest corner of the intersection of Wilkinson Boulevard and Hazeleen Avenue in Belmont, NC. A private pump station will be constructed onsite, which will only serve the single hank building. The watershed for this pump station is limited to the SECU property, and it will not service additional properties.. Therefore, per NC regulations, the pump station is a permitted use, and does not require a Fast Track Application with. NCDENR. A private 2" PVC force main wifl be built, and will extend approx. 1,200' to the west of our site, just outside of the Wilkinson Boulevard NCDOT right-of-way. Most of the 1,200' force main will remain within SECU property, adjacent to the Wilkinson Boulevard right-of-way. However, a short stretch of the force main crosses Patterson Street, and then runs within a sewer easement of two neighboring properties. It will connect to an existing City of Belmont gravity sanitary sewer manhole located adjacent to Wilkinson Boulevard, just west of Patterson Street. This force main will only service our site, which is a single bank building. Since this force main traverses NCDOT right- of-way and runs along the frontage of several neighboring properties, the force main must be permitted through NCDENR's Fast Track Application. The final build -out design is for one State Employees' Credit Union bank building, with an occupancy of 22 people. 22 people x 25 galiiemployee/shift 550 gpd We have contacted the City of Belmont, and they have allowed us to connect to their sewer system at this location.. The City of Belmont has signed the enclosed "NCDENR Downstream Sewer, WWTF Capacity and Flow Tracking/Acceptance" letter, and indicated that their downstream. facilities can handle the additional sewer flow from the Credit Union. s PLANNING ■ CIVIL ENGINEERING ■ SURVEYING 01.
