Per our 1993 agreement, the Town of Stanley has reserved the capacity for up to 1,5 millions gallons of water per day and 500,000 gpd of treatment capacity. Currently, Stanley consumes approximately 600,000 gallons of water per day. On a monthly basis, Stanly has reserved the waste treatment capacity of 6,000,000 and has had a peak usage of 5,822,000. While this will allow for the development of Kelly's Landing, Stanley should begin to look at its wastewater usage for future developments. Additionally, the Kelly's Landing application for a permit will require our WWTF permit number, which is NC0021156 and NC0021156-104 for the downstream discharge. if you have any additional questions, please contact me directly.
