1. Please include the on -site surface water area in Section IV, 6 of the Application. The total project area
(Section IV, 7), project density (Section IV, 8), and Cover Page of the Supplement-EZ Form will need
to be recalculated. Please also show the surface water, near the western property boundary, in the
main set of plans (Section VI, 8h).
Response: The on -site surface water area has been included in the Application and the
corresponding section calculations have been revised. The Cover Page of the Supplement-EZ Form
has been recalculated and the main set of plans have been revised.
2. Per the provided information, there appears to be a portion of the drainage area to the proposed
infiltration basin that is located off -site. Please either divert this off -site area around the infiltration
basin or account for it as described in the recommendations following these comments (Section IV,
10).
Response: A diversion berm has been included to divert off -site area around the infiltration basin.
3. If the off -site drainage area will not be diverted around the proposed infiltration basin, please list how
the off -site impervious area was determined (Section IV, 11).
Response: A diversion berm has been included to divert off -site area around the infiltration basin.
4. Please show the required vegetated setback from surface waters in the main set of plans (Section VI,
8p).
Response: Required 30 ft vegetated setback from the surface waters have been included in the main
set of plans.
5. Since the Applicant is also the Property Owner, the signature in Section IX of the Application is not
needed. With your permission, I can cross out the signature on the original with red pen (you will still
need to correct the electronic copy). If this is unacceptable, please provide a revised original hard
copy of the signature page.
Response: Per the revised Section IV, a new stormwater application will be provided.
6. Please correct the following issues with the Supplement-EZ Form:
a. Cover Page:
i. Lines 2 & 4 — See earlier comment.
Response: Per response #1, Lines 2 & 4 have been revised to include the surface water area.
b. Drainage Areas Page:
i. Line 18 — Please include the % BUA for the entire site. This value should match the
Application (Section IV, 8).
Response: Line 18 has been included to match the Application.

c. Infiltration Basin Page:
d. Line 45 — This value should be based on the actual amount of time it takes for the design
volume to draw down based on the proposed infiltration basin design.
Response: The actual draw down time has been revised. See Infiltration Basin Design in
calculations.
7. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other
documents.
a. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at:
