OF ENERGY, MINERAL AND LAND RESOURCES' INTENT TO ISSUE THE FOLLOWING STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment on, or objections to, the permitting actions listed below. DEMLR intends to revise and re -issue the following NPDES industrial stormwater General Permits with proposed re -issuance date July 1, 2021. The public comment period begins on May 17, 2021 and ends on June 16, 2021. • NCG020000 for Mining Activities stormwater, mine dewatering wastewater, and process wastewater discharges • NCG030000 for Metal Fabrication stofwater discharges • NCG060000 for Warehousing, Food and Kindred stormwater discharges • NCG080000 for Transit and Transportation stormwater discharges • NCG090000 for Paints and Varnishes stormwater discharges • NCG100000 for Used Motor Vehicles stormwater discharges • NCG120000 for Landfills stormwater discharges • NCG190000 for Marinas and Shipbuilding stormwater discharges Persons wishing to comment or object may submit written comments to the address below by the due dates indicated. All comments received prior to the dates will be considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance. Public comments may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions. All comments should reference the specific permitting actions listed below and the permit number.
