Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on June 2, 2021. James Hutchins
was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
~ Station Y 466+50 - 468+50 RT - Add groundcover on slopes per NCG01 groundcover requirements.
~ Station Y 476+00 - 478+00 RT - Groundcover needed per NCG01 groundcover requirements.
~ Station Y 479+00 RT - Culvert work in progress. Recommend groundcover ASAP if it is to remain open. It appears
that there was a recent sediment release into JS. Continue to maintain checks in ditch leading to JS.
~ Station L 13+00 LT (East bound off ramp) - Add inlet protection to stormwater inlets.
