The Fayetteville Regional Office has reviewed the Pretreatment Annual Report that was received
by the Division on February 25, 2010. The partial PAR submittal, based upon this facility as a
Modified Pretreatment Program developed under 15A NCAC 2H .0904 (b) was determined to be
adequate and satisfied the requirements of NPDES Permit NC0028916. The next PAR is due by March
1, 2011.
