rail and tanker truck. Products are stored within above ground tanks and smaller containers (e.g.
drums/totes). Process includes combining raw materials to make asphalt cement for use in paving operations.

(Environmental Management] Commission implementing this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor which may include a fine
not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
