Subject: RE: Troy --- one of the two secondary clarifiers has a problem with the rake
Joe Shields reported that this secondary clarifier is back on-line and refilling. The problem was that it had become
overgrown with algae streamers that partially dogged the telescopic. The clog has been cleared and the clarifier is
probably free of this problem for now.
