The site is bordered by a residential neighborhood to the west, 10th Street to the north, 14"i Street to the south and bound to the east by College Hill Drive. The land in the immediate vicinity is mainly institutional facilities. 3b. List the total estimated acreage of all existing wetlands on the property: 0 3c. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: The proposed project is stabilize the stream bank where erosion has been occurring. 3e. Some excavation will occur to achieve desired top of bank and toe of slope, to tie back geogrid into bank, and to install gabion baskets. A small excavator and /or backhoe will be used to achieve this. Some fill will need to be brought in to fill in the areas that have eroded.
