Reviewed DMR from Jan — March 2021 (quarter period) and did not see a value for Total N. Called ORC (Mr. Montego) on
5/3/21 to see if this was an oversight. He explained it was possible, would check Meritech records and return call with update.
He called back 5/4/2021 © 8:30pm to explain Meritech did not run Total N, therefore he takes full responsibility for Total N not
being sampled and analyzed for quarterly period.
Historical violations concern (primarily) fecal coliforms and NOI was sent recently concerning continuous violations regarding fecal
analysis. I did not find prior violations (within 12 months) concerning Total N. I recommend proceeding with NOV.
