TO ISSUE THE FOLLOWING STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) invites public comment
on, or ob'ections to, the permittingg actions listed below. DEMLR intends to revise and
re -issue te following NPD ES indus3rial stormwater General Permits with proposed re --
issuance date Jul yy 1, 2021. The public comment period begins on May 17, 2021 and
ends on June 16, 2021.
• INC G020000 for Mining Activities stormwater, mine dewatering wastewater, and
process wastewater discharges
N CG030000for Metal Fabrication stormwater discharges
• NCG060000 for Warehousing, Food and Kindred stormwater discharges
NCGO80000 for Transit and Transportation stormwater discharges
NCG090000 for Paints and Varnishes stormwater discharges
• NCG 100000 for Used Motor Vehicles stormwater discharges
NCG 120000 for Landfi Its stormwater discharges
• NCG 190000 for Marinas and Shipbuilding stormwater discharges
Persons wishing to comment or object may submit written comments to the address
below by the due dates indicated. All comments received prior to the dates will be
considered in the final determinations regarding permit issuance. Public comments
may result in changes to the proposed permitting actions. All comments should refer-
ence the specific permitting actions listed below and the permit number.
