Description:
• Mitigation of erosion of property in backyard in the back right corner
of property adjacent to stream.
• When viewing plat, it's the top right corner of picture of property
(NW corner).
• Plan for mitigation includes installation of erosion blanket and 30-35
tons (estimate) of rip rap to stabilize stream bank and stop erosion of
property.
• Rip rap rock will be hauled to location from street using a mini
skidsteer.
• Work does not involve relocation or redirection of stream, only work
to restore property and mitigate future erosion.
