Attached please find the new 2021 MS4 Permit and Approved Final SWMP for the Town of Valdese.
These documents are also available in the Stormwater Program Laserfiche Repository. The new
permit is effective July 1, 2021, and the required Annual Report Template associated with this new
permit will be provided at a later date. The new annual report format will be required beginning in
2022.

The 2021 Annual Report should be submitted utilizing the BIMS SWMPA portal, as has been done in
the past.

The issuance of this permit concludes all required actions under Notice of Violation number NOV-
2019-PC-0182, and this action has been officially closed.
