Dear Mr. Bell:
In regards the late submittal of The City of Conover's 2020 Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR), I would
like to apologize for the late submittal. As the Pretreatment Coordinator for the City I had on my mind
that the submittal date was March 31 st. It is now posted that the PAR is due by March 1st of each year. A
new person, Eric Williams, will be taking over the City's Pretreatment Program once his probationary
period is over in June 2021. Mr. Williams is the Chief Operator at our NE WWTP and has done a
tremendous job getting things organized at the facility. He has assisted me in IU sampling and
inspections.
The appropriate paper work will be submitted in the next few weeks to allow Mr. Williams to take over
these duties and have signature authority.
