A copy of the current NPDES permit was kept on site and available for review. The ORC visitation log appeared to be complete and current. Laboratory data was reviewed and all data that was reviewed appeared to be correct, as reported on the DMR's. Calibration records appeared to be complete and properly documented. At the time of this inspection, the effluent was very clear and appeared to be free of any visible solids. All treatment units appeared to be maintained and operating satisfactorily with the exception of the earthen equalization basin. The basin was breached during Hurricane Florence in 2018. A temporary repair wall was constructed to stabilize the basin, however, a permanent repair of reconstructing the eroded earthen berm wall has not been done. This needs to be addressed.
