This project consists of the use of a Nationwide Permit 3 (WQC
#4132) for maintenance of an existing culvert. The maintenance
activities consist of the repair/replacement of the existing pipe that
has been deemed insufficient by the City of Kannapolis. Additionally,
the maintenance activities will including the removal of accumulated
sediment.
The overall development is located near the intersection of Enochville
Road and West A Street, within the City of Kannapolis, Rowan
County, NC (Parcel ID# 154 076 and others; ±53-acres).
The culvert requiring maintenance is a ±42-inch RCP that is located
under Copes Court.
