Property is at the dead end of Turkey Point Dr.
Mecklenburg County Tax Parcel # 03146349
Repair a failed stream crossing installed by PNG about 5 years ago.
The RR was installed incorrectly which blocked the natural flow of the
intermittent stream. Rack lines and the debris created dams up
stream of the crossing which caused a new channel to form thus
completely bypassing the receiving Perennial stream.
The new channel has over time eroded the shore line and created
severe gullies which need to be filled once the stream flow can be re
established.
