0 File an a -NOT (electronic Notice of Termination) or Modification Form with NCDEQ
DEMLR
If all land -disturbing activities by the Financially Responsible Party under the
above -referenced permit are completed, and the Certificate of Coverage (from NCDEQ
DEMLR) associated with the above -referenced project is not or will not be used to cover
other projects then proceed to deq.nc.gov/ncg01 and file an e-NOT. Filing the e-NOT
releases the Financially Responsible Party from coverage and requirements of the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCG010000).
If other projects are/will be covered under the associated Certificate of Coverage, then
proceed to deq.nc.gov/ncg01 and complete a Modification Form.
