Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Casa Esperanza Montessori School, Wake Forest, NC, PJD Package and Site Visit Request
Hello -
Three Oaks Engineering, Inc. (Three Oaks) recently completed potential jurisdictional waters delineations for the
proposed Casa Esperanza Montessori School in Wake Forest, North Carolina. The project site is off
of Star Road, between Height Lane and Via Fortunata Plaza. The project will include development of the subject parcel,
as well as tying into the existing sewer line on the parcel directly to the north of project. Three Oaks is working as a sub -
consultant to CPL, which has been contracted by BC Construction Group. We are submitting the attached PJD Package
on behalf of BC Construction Group and request a site visit for the project, if USACE deems one necessary. Please let me
know if you have any questions or require any additional information about the project.
