The proposed project consists of the new location of the Casa Esperanza Montessori School (PIN No. 1739640225) and a sanitary sewer tie-in on the property to the immediate north,
which is currently owned by the Living Word Family Church, Inc. (PIN No. 173960646). The area encompassing the sewer line tie-in is currently owned by Living Word, but is in the
process of being deeded over to the Town of Wake Forest for municipal management. All impacts from the project are associated with the sewer line tie-in.

The Casa Esperanza Montessori School, plus associated parking and other amenities, will be constructed on PIN No. 1739640225. A sewer tie-in will extend from the primary parcel
north onto PIN No. 173960646, currently owned by Living Word Family Church, but in the process of being deeded over to the Town of Wake Forest. Typical construction equipment,
such as cranes, dozers, and truck will be used during construction.

The sewer line tie-in was designed to avoid impacts to the adjacent jurisdictional stream. However, that made wetland and buffer impacts unavoidable.
The maintenance corridor was designed to not exceed typical corridor size, Mich minimized both the wetland and buffer impacts.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
Silt fence will be employed to avoid and minimize impacts to the adjacent tributary. Soil from the wetland will be sidecast during construction and
returned once construction is completed. This will increase the potential for the wetland to re-establish itself within the maintenance corridor.

IPAC; Three Oaks surveys. No streams are being impacted; therefore, no aquatic habitat is being affected by the project. Michaux's sumac habitat is
present along Height Lane. Surveys by Three Oaks biologist Jim Mason were completed on May 13, 2021; no individuals were identified and no known
extant occurrences are present within 1.0 mile of the project. Therefore, a biological conclusion of No Effect has been rendered for the species. No
bald eagle nests or nesting habitat are present within the project footprint or within 660 of the project. For NLEB, the project is not located within a
Green County or a Red HUC.
