V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
Fields 1A, 1B, 2, 3, 4 & 5 have not been repaired and certified. The ORC indicated the new owners may repair
these in the future if it is determined the capacity is needed. Currently field 6 is being used. It is still
recommended fields 7 & 8 be utilized if the turbidity remains below 10. Facility is still within their annual
application rate for field 6. No issues noted on the most recent soil fertility analysis. Historically sites 7 & 8
have not been fully utilized due to the inability to fully retreat off spec water from the Storage Pond (designed
to return post treatment).
