Please provide hydraulic and pollutant loading calculations for each treatment unit demonstrating how the designed effluent concentrations for Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Total Suspended Solids, Ammonia Nitrogen and Fecal coliforms in Application Item V.1. were determined. 3. Please provide calculations or design criteria for sizing tanks, treatment units and other equipment. J. Site Map: 1. Surface irrigation systems serving single-family residences shall be deemed to be ground absorption systems [15A NCAC 02T .0601]. For ground absorption sewage treatment and disposal systems, the compliance boundary shall be established at the property boundary [15A NCAC 02L .0107 (i)]. As per 15A NCAC 02T .0604(d)(2), please update the site map to indicate the following: (A) The compliance boundary is established at the property boundary (B) The review boundary is midway between the compliance boundary and the waste boundary (waste boundary is defined as `perimeter of the permitted waste disposal area' per 15A NCAC 02L .0102) 2. Please provide a site map that has been signed, sealed and dated by a North Carolina licensed Professional Engineer and/or Professional Land Surveyor. 3.
