Center Ave. Suite 301 Mooresville, North Carolina 28115 RE: Discharge Monitoring Report — November 2020 (Second Semi -Annual Period of 2020) Stafford Street Asphalt Plant 225 Stafford Street Extension Monroe, Union County, North Carolina General Permit Number NCG160000 Certificate of Coverage No: NCG160218 GRI No. 4629 Dear Ms. Kay: On behalf of Boggs Materials, Inc. (Boggs), please find attached results of stormwater outfall sampling that was conducted on November 12, 2020 for the Stafford Street Asphalt Plant facility in Monroe, Union County, North Carolina. Water samples were collected from the outfalls SDO-2 through SDO-7 by Boggs personnel on November 12, 2020 in accordance with the SWPPP and sampling requirements of the permit. Please note that per Boggs personnel, there was no discharge from outfalls SDO-1 and SDO-8. Therefore, no samples could be collected from these outfalls. Water samples were analyzed for total suspended solids (TSS) and non -polar oil and grease. The November 2020 sampling results indicated that the TSS levels exceeded allowable permit levels in SDO-6. Detectable concentrations of TSS and/or oil and grease that did not exceed allowable permit levels were also reported in samples collected from outfalls SDO-2 through SDO- 7. The Stormwater Discharge Outfall Monitoring Report is included in Appendix A, the Stormwater Discharge Outfall Qualitative Monitoring Report is included in Appendix B, and a complete laboratory analytical report is included as Appendix C. 3502 Hayes Road • Monroe, North Carolina 28110 113 West Firetower Road, Suite G • Winterville, North Carolina 28590 Phone (704) 845-4010 • (888) 870-4133 • Fax (704) 845-4012 Discharge Monitoring Report— November 2020 (Second Semi -Annual Period of 2020) Stafford Street Asphalt Plant Monroe, Union County, North Carolina Certificate of Coverage No: NCG160218 Page 2 of 2 The next sampling event is scheduled to be conducted between January and June 2021 during a representative rainfall event.
