Called Mr. Herman on 5/6/2021 @ 9:50am to see if oversight and value was not placed on DMR. He is referring me to Megan
Bush (laboratory coordinator). She is to call me back concerning missing data.
- *Megan Bush promptly returned my call on 5/6/2021. Phenols were run 2/2/2021, but somehow did not get placed on DMR.
Instructed her to give data to ORC so he may correct/resubmit Feb DMR.
- Followed up 5/12/2021 and DMR was corrected and resubmitted 5/12/2021. TR Phenolics were analyzed 2/2/2021, therefore
satisfies quarterly requirements. No action.
