The site is located on the south side of NC 211. The proposed sanitary sewer system is to serve 52 (3 bedroom) lots. The flow required is 9,880 GPD based on Southeast Brunswick Sanitary District's approved reduced flow rate of 190 gpd/three-bedroom unit. There is 2,069.28 LF of 8" public sanitary sewer gravity main being proposed for this project. The length of the gravity sewer main is based on the distance from inside wall of manhole to inside wall of manhole. The proposed 8" sanitary sewer gravity main will discharge into an existing 8" sanitary sewer gravity main along the south side of NC 211. Michael F. Easley, Governor OF W A TE9 William G.
