The development will consist of 120 one -bedroom units, 150 2-bedroom units, 16 3- bedroom units with associated amenity areas that tie into Cape Fear Public Utility Authoriry manholes that outfall to PS 27 to the south and PS-36 to the north. The flow for each is as follows: PS-27 — 40,800 gpd (see attached breakdown) and PS-36 — 30,890 gpd (see attached breakdown). The line lengths are as follows: 1,200 LF of 8" gravity sewer.
