Per comments by NCDOT Roadside Environmental and NCDWQ, revisions were made to the U -2524C permit application package. Changes were due to increase
in temporary stream impacts at Permit Sites 4 and 5, enlargement view for Permit Site 8, and increase in bank stabilization at Permit Site 13. Attached are
revised permit sheets and revised pages for permit application cover letter. Please replace with appropriate pages and sheets. If you have any questions, please
