This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0002056. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The purpose of the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit WQ0002056. Mike Seely-ORC and Jim Rowan -irrigation and maintenance staff were both present during the inspection. This facultative lagoon and irrigation system is permitted for 90,000gpd. Currently the flows are averaging approximately 20,000gpd. The 3 lagoons are hydraulically connected and the freeboard was 38 inches. Berms were maintained and had recently been mowed. Operational and maintenance records were well organized and the field was well maintained. There are 2 pump stations that are maintained by staff and they are visited daily and maintenance is documented. Please note that the Permittee is required to follow all requirements in 15A NCAC 02T . 0403 for deemed permitted collection systems. An Operator Designation form needs to be submitted to update the ORC and Backup ORC for this facility, a copy of this form was provided to the ORC during the inspection.
